RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CREDITS
We want you to love your Problem Bear gear and wear it with pride so our goal is to provide a straightforward return and exchange process.
If something you bought isn't working for you send us an email at returns@problem-bear.com describing the situation and letting us know what you're looking to do. We have three options:
- Within 15 days of delivery, you can start a return of your item for a refund, exchange or credit.
- Within 30 days of delivery, you can start an exchange or get a credit.
- After this 30 days all sales are final.
Send your item(s) to our shipping address below. Once your item(s) is/are received we will send you an email to notify receipt and we can clarify the purpose of the return - refund, exchange or credit - which will be processed within 5 business days.

It is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend shipping with Canada Post or USPS as these are often much cheaper than other shipping companies.
If your package has a retail value of over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping option or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Make sure to keep your tracking number.
