How are your products made?
Each product you see in the Problem Bear Supply Co. store, is made on-demand by furry little bear paws specifically for you.
Where will my order ship from?
Luckily for you, we're global! Just kidding, we have an outsourcing agreement with Santa Claus who looks after fulfillment and distribution. Ok ok...in all seriousness we work with a print-on-demand drop shipper that has locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?

Delivery Times
Normally we can ship orders within a week of your order, but our fulfillment times may be longer than usual due to the Coronavirus. Please trust we're doing our best to get the products you want in your hands A to the S to the A to the P. Which brings us to our next point, re tracking links. Yup, you guessed it, things are backed up everywhere which means carriers are slower to register and ship your orders which blows chunks. We get it - tracking our packages is our favorite hourly pastime, too, and the anticipation can feel lethal. Sometimes the tracking info won't change for over a week until the item is scanned, or even up to the point of delivery. Even your greatest Jedi mind tricks won't make those packages go faster. Just know your orders aren't lost — they're just as keen to get to their new home as you are. Patience, child.
My order should be here by now. WTF should I do?

Doublecheck your mailing address is correct

Ask your local post office if they have your package

Peek in your neighbour's window and see if they're rocking your new hoodie
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office and your neighbor didn't steal it, email us at support@problem-bear.com with your order number and we'll see about getting things sorted.
If you did goof the address and assuming the package is located, we can send you a replacement order, but we'll have to hit you up for the shipping.
What about customs?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
