Refund policy
Dear friends,
We want you to love your Problem Bear gear and so we've tried hard to come up with a return/exchange/credit framework that works for everyone cause frivolous returns can be a major bummer.
As the saying goes, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure so in an effort to minimize unhappy customers and maintain balance in The Force, the first thing we've done is included a sizing chart for all of our products right on the page. Please have a gander at that first and if you're not sure what size to get email us at support@problem-bear.com and we'll hook you up.
What’s your return policy?
We have a 30-day exchange/credit policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange or credit email us at support@problem-bear.com and let us know what you'd like to do. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange/credit will not be accepted.
Do you offer refunds?
Finally, refunds are only offered to customers that receive wrong or damaged items. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled or damaged in transit. If either of these apply email us at support@problem-bear.com with your request for an exchange, credit or refund and include your order number and photos of the wrong/damaged item(s) within 7 days of receipt of your order. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. Once the item(s) have been received and inspected we will notify you if the refund/exchange request has been approved. If the request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded or sent your replacement item(s).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We don't offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
